What our client's
say:
"When a family need
or crisis occurs with an elderly family member, it is often too late to
make wise decisions on what path to take for assistance. When friends
of St. Mark call the office for referrals, we use the name of C & S Care
Management."

"C & S Care Management
did a marvelous job for my mother, and for my family. When it came time
to need more professionally trained care, Cindy and Sarah steered us through
the home healthcare provider network and even through the hospice process.
Cindy came to all of Mother's doctors' appointments, and served as the
focal point for information throughout our large family. Either Cindy
or Sarah saw mom at least weekly and they made themselves available for
staff trainings, staff updates, or meetings with my extensive family.
I think in many ways it allowed us to be family to my mom, while still
operating a fairly extensive home healthcare network for mom."
